Regulatory Risk Management

In this chapter, we examine the science and art of regulatory risk management, exploring risk in the regulatory environment and addressing how this can most effectively be managed. We look at the activities necessary to achieve this and the roles of the main stakeholders involved, examining risk in regulatory approaches alongside corporate governance considerations while reflecting on compliance risk in the context of regulatory risk.
