ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on the employment migration behaviours of college graduates. First, it analyses college graduates' regional preferences for employment and the distribution of employment places. Second, it looks at two aspects of graduates' employment migration: interprovincial migration and cross-residency migration. Finally, it analyses graduates' employment migration choices within the framework of labour market segmentation theory breaking them down with respect to urban or rural area, sector and occupation.
