ABSTRACT
This chapter first analyses college students' choice of staying in Beijing for employment under the current household registration policy and then, through econometric regression models, analyses the characteristics of college students who have settled household registration in Beijing. After that, by interviewing students from a key university, the chapter explores in depth their willingness to stay in Beijing for employment and their decision-making mechanism.
