ABSTRACT

The three domains that seemed most likely to possess the keys to unlock the doors of the cosmic mysteries were: the realm of individual galaxies; the domain of mathematics that can teach one how to ascend and descend the helical staircase of dimensionalities; and the kingdom of logarithmic spiralities. Galaxies are the most stupendous aggregations of matter that are visible to man. One of the most interesting parts of our galaxy is what is known as the galactic halo. This part of the galactic disc was discovered through the use of synchrotron radiation, the study of fast electrons in large-scale magnetic fields. One of the supposedly “safe” predictions of the preceding century was that made by Auguste Comte, founder of “Positivism,” who asserted positively that no matter how much men might learn in the future, they would never discover the chemical composition of the stars.
