ABSTRACT

The Marxist theory of justice has completed its own formation along the evolution of historical materialism, and its logical clues can be found in many texts written by young Marx, while the maturity and the perfection of its framework are reflected in Capital as well as other texts before and after it. First, the Marxist theory of justice puts great emphasis on economic relations, which strengthens the reality of its theoretical foundation and confirms the possibility of its contemporary construction. Second, the contemporary construction of the theory is conducive to deepening the understanding of the changes of capitalism in the world and strengthening the grasp of the law of historical development. Third, the Marxist theory of justice has a deep concern for the essence of the human, which is of great significance for modern society to get rid of human alienation and realize the free and comprehensive development of humans.
