ABSTRACT
As I take time to reflect over the past year, I find myself remembering all the great memories I experienced both here and overseas. While I understand that all my memories are special for their own unique reasons, there is one memory that I will cherish more than all the others. The special thing about this memory is that there are so many memories intertwined within this one. That memory was my decision to not only study abroad in Barcelona but also live in a home stay while I was there. Because of those decisions, I not only had an amazing time but also was able to change and grow as a person for the better.
