The Educator's Transformative Process

Educators who are promoting and fostering transformative learning will benefit from understanding their personal and professional experiences with transformative learning. When we see the process from an insider's view, we are much more likely to be able to support others; it is meaningful to be able to say, “I have experienced the same thing; I know what you mean.”
