It emphasizes the need to master skills through daily practice, and draws parallels between mastering life skills and other goals. It also describes group discussions and roleplay to encourage participants to share their experiences, and the steps involved in achieving mastery. Furthermore, it introduces the STOP and CABB skills, which aim to help individuals manage crises and distressing situations.
