ABSTRACT

This chapter provides a list of the members of the PRSA College of Fellows who were interviewed for this study and information about the history of the Fellows and why the organization was established. Criteria are also provided that are often used to identify ethical exemplars, who are by no means perfect but do possess admirable characteristics. Readers will also learn about some of their early experiences in childhood and as young adults that have shaped them as ethical leaders and their core values. Similar to previous research in this realm, some common characteristics of these Fellows are highlighted, including both personal strengths and weaknesses.
