ABSTRACT
In this final chapter, the PRSA Fellows share their plans for the next chapters in their lives, which primarily focus on leaving a footprint or legacy for the next generation. This chapter also summarizes ten key insights that can be gleaned from this study, which focused on members of the PRSA College of Fellows as ethical leaders. It also provides five recommendations for young professionals who aspire to serve as ethical leaders. Recommendations for future research also are provided.
