ABSTRACT
Never underestimate the power and significance of relationship. Clinical work is all about developing and honoring relationship as a vehicle through which change can occur. Interns often underestimate their own importance as well as the importance of the relationships they develop with clients. This chapter offers stories that illustrate how I learned about the importance of relationship in clinical work.
