ABSTRACT
This chapter delves into the positive traits associated with agreeableness, such as empathy, nurturing, and cooperation, highlighting how these qualities empower teachers to create supportive learning environments. However, it also examines the negative aspects, such as conflict avoidance and difficulty in asserting boundaries, providing valuable insights on developing assertiveness skills to maximize the potential of agreeable teachers and enhance their impact on students’ lives.
