ABSTRACT
This chapter explores the challenges and opportunities of working with students who exhibit low agreeableness traits. It emphasizes the importance of building relationships and establishing a balance between compassion and assertiveness in the classroom. The chapter provides strategies for teachers to become more assertive in their communication and offers insights into the positive and negative aspects of working with low agreeableness students, along with practical tips for supporting their learning and growth.
