ABSTRACT

Building healthy and professional relationships with those who are there to support them is the key to success. Faculty and staff that support doctoral programs are experienced in the process. They may play an essential role in the dissertation committee, so keep this in mind and consider who may be a good fit for your personality and team. The faculty have written dissertations themselves and can assist with challenges. This chapter will introduce you to the faculty and support staff that will guide you through this dissertation process and assist you in evaluating potential options.
