ABSTRACT

The most critical role and challenge for the leadership of any organization is to attract and carefully select the best talent for your team. This principle outlines a methodology for ways that your organization can become a more attractive “employer of choice.” It also outlines a methodology for sourcing and selecting candidates that will be functionally capable, as well as aligned with your team's goals and values. To this end, tips are given on how to identify “A” players, including consideration of character and ethics; how to put your best foot forward throughout the recruiting process; and how to get your new team member acclimated on their way toward peak performance.
