Introduction

In the Introduction, the author sets out the parameters of the book, explaining his subject choice, research questions, and methodology as well as engaging with the literature, showing how the book fills in the current blanks in research. He also provides the reasons behind some of the necessary omissions and gives a detailed description of all the chapters in the book.
