ABSTRACT
The Business Analysis Frameworks is the fourth and final domain of the new CAPM® certification. The domains are high-level knowledge where the fundamental, predictive, and agile approaches have been covered in chapters 4–6. The Business Analysis Frameworks build upon this knowledge including the six underlying responsibilities of the project team member within each domain area, also labeled tasks in the PMI Certified Associate of Project Management Examination Content Outline. Each of the 6 tasks includes a total of 13 enablers which are examples to illustrate the topics.
