ABSTRACT
Making difficult decisions can actually be made with little or no worry if the people simply follow an organized and systematic approach to making decisions. Writing a statement of purpose involves defining three separate elements, and then combining them into a single statement. For the mandatory criteria, the option either satisfies them or it doesn’t. The Total Option Score is used to separate and rank all of the available options, from best to worst, which sets the stage for decision-making. Most of the time, if the people have done everything according to the Decision-Making Roadmap, their decision-making ability should improve dramatically. The best option for an implementation plan is that it must include a detailed list of items that must be implemented, as well as the order in which they are carried out.
