ABSTRACT
The Model Standards, Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act, 1960, lays down that on holiday caravan sites:
The gross density should not exceed 25 caravans to the acre.
Every caravan should not be less than 20 feet from any other caravan in a separate occupation.
