ABSTRACT
Six months after the Supreme Court, in an unprecedented order on May 11, put the impugned Sedition law in abeyance till the Government of India completed its review of the colonial-era statute, the Centre informed the apex court that it intends to bring relevant changes to the law in the winter session of Parliament.
