ABSTRACT
Before considering the tendency of community we shall do well to examine some immediate results of war, both Minus and Plus, which are not markedly individual or communal, but partake of the nature of both. They resemble external complications of an illness which if disregarded may render recovery doubtful or even impossible, e.g. the unsatisfactory home environment which retards a patient’s progress and renders a ‘change of air’ imperative.
