ABSTRACT
Chapter 6 compares directly across the three cases, utilizing Steelman’s framework as a means to compare and contrast the three cases. The chapter also addresses several propositional statements drawn from the theoretical framework and examines those statements within the context of the cases. This final chapter draws larger lessons from the cases and offers a series of recommendations for both the construction of drought policy and future approaches to comparative state drought policy.
