ABSTRACT

People can feel very panic-stricken when they have lost a person (not just through death but when a person has left or gone missing) and they cannot remember what that person looks like or what their voice sounded like. They can also feel very guilty. The script helps the client to relax and embeds the concept of letting things happen naturally, i.e. not forcing anything. It also suggests through visualising a jelly that having a wobble and wobbling is a positive thing to do. Once the client is deeply relaxed the hypnotherapist can help the client remember the person they have lost.
