ABSTRACT

This chapter elaborates on how Codevelopment Action Learning (CAL) effectively accelerates sustainable business, team, and social development. The power of CAL lies in its ability to tackle challenging issues and prompt action while fostering continuous learning and improvement through thoughtful questioning and reflection.

For decision-makers, including business executives, team leaders, entrepreneurs, and community and social leaders, who prioritize innovation, collaboration, trust-building, team and talent development, and community growth, CAL presents a compelling option to accelerate projects and objectives. Entrepreneurs, in particular, benefit from the method’s cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and rapid results.
