ABSTRACT
Sound helps and inspires children to examine and reflect in many ways. It can be as simple as when they are following the leader in making a sound, are they following the directions correctly, or do they have to adjust somehow to match the task at hand and the intentional type of sound the leader is making? Are they too loud or too soft? Are they blending in with their fellow ensemble members and peers well?
