ABSTRACT

This chapter suggests that the transformation of a culture requires recognizing that man is not only a creation of a functionalist rational reproduction model, but also a mechanism for generating the active self. This leaves enough space for passion and creates a perfect combination with sanity, which means saying goodbye to simple reflection when facing the expression of diverse cultures, and rejecting criticism and ridicule which come out of thin air in the process of appreciating and nurturing cultural moods. Culture is the glue that drives social cohesion. The failure in cultural transformation can only mean the “fossilization” of culture itself. As the spirit of society, the existence of culture is mostly hidden. If culture does not exist in this way, it is difficult for it to be inherited.
