Customer-centric innovation ensures that what is created aligns seamlessly with what the customer truly values and does not impose solutions that may not have real utility for the customer. In essence, reimagining client experiences is the confluence of innovatively crafted go-to-market strategies and a redefined buying process, both empowered by digitalization. In addition to being in tune with customers, companies must remain vigilant and adaptable to broader market trends and shifts. This means monitoring competitors, technological advancements, regulatory changes, and other external factors that could impact the business.
