ABSTRACT
Charles Henry Collins Baker (1880—1959) was art critic for the Outlook and the Saturday Review and in 1911 was secretary to the Director of the National Gallery. He later became a Keeper at the National Gallery and Secretary of the New English Art Club (1921–5).
