ABSTRACT

In the Green Deal, the EC coordinates the consultations between the member states and the European Parliament that should lead to the legal framework within which industrial sectors should achieve emission reductions. With the new legal framework, companies and individuals are encouraged to adapt their behaviour and opt for sustainability. In this way, local processes towards the innovative resurrection of old industrial regions, in which Sharing Brainpower played and still plays a crucial role, are now aided by legislative incentives from the commission.
