ABSTRACT

Chapter 9 and the Annex serve as a comprehensive toolkit. Chapter 9 offers a graphic overview of the group process, summarizing the preceding chapters. It also clarifies the distinction between “methods” and “tools.” The chapter then transitions to the method collection in the Annex. By utilizing the design model presented in Chapter 8, the facilitator can effectively employ diverse methods that align with the group’s specific needs during different phases of the group process. It is important to note that these methods should not be rigidly followed like a cooking recipe; instead, they are intended to be used in conjunction with Person-Centered Practice and inspired by systemic considerations.
