ABSTRACT

Joanna Bogle is English, but currently travelling because of her husband’s job. She has no children, is twenty-nine, and works as a journalist, which she has done since leaving school. She is a Roman Catholic, does church work and writes for the Church newspaper. Formerly a local borough councillor in Wallington, she is active in a number of pressure groups and is often involved in campaigns to save old buildings from demolition. She is active also in the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children. Joanna contributes to major British newspapers on women’s topics and is a regular writer for the Daily Mail and the Daily Telegraph. A pamphlet called ‘The Positive Women’ was published in 1976.
