ABSTRACT
One of the problems in improving relationships between feminists and antifeminists lies in the lack of contact between them and the stereotypes each holds of the other. Eichler discusses the unpleasantness of being stereotyped: ‘people reacted to me according to their preconceived notions of what a feminist is, rather than according to what I said or did.’
