ABSTRACT
Harsh Mittal was eagerly awaiting the commercial operation of the new paint units of Ikon Paints from April 2019. As one of the promoters and the person who envisioned the business, Harsh was excited about witnessing the growth of his new venture. The Ikon group was a leading player in the steel business and a fast-growing challenger in India's cement and construction businesses.
