ABSTRACT
Ranjit Grewal decided to upgrade his fleet of delivery vans for the first time in February 2020. Ranjit owned an automobile service centre in Ludhiana. Operating delivery vans was a side-business that he had started five years earlier by buying five used Mahindra and Mahindra light commercial vehicles (LCVs). His younger brothers are managing it now.
