ABSTRACT
Mudita Singh (Moody) was considering whether to buy a food mini-truck. Her mobile food business, currently carried out of a minivan, had been flourishing. However, the size of her van placed a limit on the kitchen equipment, serving-counter space and hence the range of menu choices. For the same reason, she was also not able to take catering orders for small parties.
