ABSTRACT
Vijay Mehta, credit officer at Novella Bank, reviewed the email he had received from the head office in response to a proposal he had forwarded for review. In his submission, Mehta had recommended approaching select prospective clients with an offer to avail credit facilities at preferential terms compared to their existing lenders.
