ABSTRACT
Avinash Paranjape, Managing Director of ValueBuy Retail Private Ltd, received a phone call from the bank manager of Shivaji Nagar, Pune branch of New Western Bank. The bank had agreed to sanction higher cash credit limits at a lower interest rate than what ValueBuy was currently paying. A formal communication would follow, and based on Avinash's acceptance, the New Western Bank would issue a sanction letter.
