ABSTRACT
In the first half of 2004, Liu bought a Jinbei minibus with license plate number ZheDH39xx at a price of RMB 33,000 through the Shaoxing second-hand car trading market. From August 31, 2005, Liu rented the minibus to Fan, an outsider, at a monthly rent of RMB 3,000. After September 2006, Liu could no longer get in touch with Fan. On October 18, 2005, Lu bought a Jinbei minibus with license plate number ZheDH39xx from an outsider, Chen, at a price of RMB 28,000. In 2007, Lu, accompanied by Chen, carried out the annual inspection of the minibus but never handled the transfer formalities of vehicle ownership.
