Learning to solve problems and learning as problem solving

It was noted that modern industry requires workers who are capable of applying their knowledge in a flexible, adaptable way and that there is a need to embed the teaching of thinking skills in vocational education and training. It is through thinking more efficiently that we become better problem solvers at work and in our own personal lives.
