Anyone who has had training in facilitating learning and in developing people will have thought about and practised planning instructional approaches, even if it is the often unfairly maligned ‘sitting next to Nellié. If ‘Nellie’ uses the previously described dual focus approach, ‘Nellie’ can be a very effective trainer.
