ABSTRACT
This address ‘To the reder’ of Wyatt's translation of Guillaume Bude's Latin version, De Tranquillitate et Securitate Animi, of Plutarch's https://s3-euw1-ap-pe-df-pch-content-public-p.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/9781315004457/6f3f749c-ee3b-4fc0-8da0-b2db69aa9575/content/in22_1_B.tif" xmlns:xlink="https://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"/> is the work either of Wyatt himself or of his printer, Richard Pynson. Wyatt presented his book, probably in manuscript form, to Queen Katherine of Aragon, dating his dedicatory epistle 31 December 1527. It was presumably published in 1528. Not listed in S.T.C.
