Brooches of the series described above and isolated daggers with antennre, or contemporary cremations, have been discovered in certain citanias, ancient towns of masonry construction, in Portugal,3 in Cantabria and Galicia in the north, and in the south at Almedinella in Andalusia,4 and at Villaricos in Almeria, on the Mediterranean coast.5 In the north-east the dagger with antennre has been found in the ccmeteries of Gibrella 6 and Perelada (Gerona). In Catalonia, in the provinces of Gerona and Barcelona, a whole series of cremation-cemeteries has bcen explored, the pottery of which recalls that of the cemeteries of the Tarn.
