ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter has been one of the primary occupations of scholars of change but little of concrete substance has been forthcoming. This chapter attempts to develop a set of pragmatic strategies and tactics which may serve as useful change instrumentalities in the hands of professionally trained and competent change agents, and to suggest how these may be applied in a constructive manner.
