ABSTRACT
Eric Hoyle (1965), in his review of organizational analysis in the field of education, has suggested that its methodology might include the use of documents, observation, interviews, questionnaires and historical studies. All of these methods were used in this investigation. The historical study of the school has been described in Chapter 1. This chapter describes the other methods used, and discusses the way in which the important concepts of the theoretical approach were made operational.
