ABSTRACT
The frequency of multiple handicap has long been recognized by those who have administrative responsibilities: the educationally backward child may also be emotionally disturbed, the deaf also partially sighted, the delinquent enuretic. The sheer fact of this tendency to multiple handicap thus needs little formal demonstration.
