ABSTRACT
We have already noted that Radbourne Mill had a much longer history of weaving than had Debenham Mill. This fact was important in many spheres and not least in that of management. By management in this context we mean the managerial group exercising supervision and control. This group is shown in Figure 5 on p. 42.
