ABSTRACT
I had to leave India at the end of January, the day after the working note was completed and while it was still being stencilled for circulation. I returned for a ten day follow-up visit at the end of July of the same year. While I was away I had several letters from Dr Sarabhai and Dr Chowdhry and, on my return, saw all the documents that had been issued in the interval between my two visits.
