ABSTRACT
In the United States, business has gone through a different process of growth, which could perhaps best be characterized by saying that, in contradistinction to Europe, developments in the usa were telescoped together in a narrow span of time, with the result that business evolution coincided with political, economic, social, and cultural evolution.
