ABSTRACT
At the time of writing, a Bill relating to the British Monopolies Commission is passing through the Houses of Parliament. Further legislation is planned by the Labour Government in the field of monopoly control; the Conservative Party, also, is committed to fresh legislation in this field. A brief review of prospective legislation is therefore required.
