ABSTRACT
Blake Carrington, a self-made man, is an oil tycoon based in Denver, Colorado, and has a fortune estimated at $200 million. In 1954 he married Alexis Morell (Joan Collins) with whom he had three children, Adam, Fallon and Steven. Following her adultery in 1965 they were divorced. Alexis was given a generous financial settlement on condition that she did not visit die children. In 1980 Blake married his secretary, Krystle Jennings (Linda Evans). Accused of manslaughter, also in 1980, he was convicted largely on the testimony of Alexis.
